🏠 Your Role: Enabling Independence

As an experienced Support Worker, you will provide high-standard, person-centred care that allows our clients to live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

• Personal Care: Dignified assistance with washing, dressing, and grooming.

• Medication Management: Accurate and responsible administration.

• Home Management: Support with cooking, cleaning, laundry, and shopping.

• Community Support: Accompanying clients to appointments and social outings.
   

 

 

✅ Who We Are Looking For

To maintain our high standards, we require:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years supporting vulnerable adults.

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

• Driving: Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle and business insurance.

• Age: Must be 21+ (for insurance/regulatory purposes).

• Attributes: You are patient, resourceful, and remain calm under pressure. Experience in dementia care is highly preferred.
