A dynamic role that is both community and office based to meet the needs of the business Duties •Working closely with your line manager and keeping an open and clear dialogue at all times •Leading the team with enthusiasm and sensitivity •Assisting with staff training and compliance •Responsible assisting in creation and delivery of care plans •Communicate regularly and competently with families and health professionals regarding loved ones •Ad hoc on-call duties •Multi-disciplinary team working and relationship building •Overseeing staff compliance and competencies Hours Permanent, Part-time/Full-time Working Pattern We offer flexi working for this role. You must be available to commit to working alternate weekends and you will be required to be on call every over some weekends. Salary £15.50 per hour ( mileage expenses and travel time paid) Enhanced pay will be offered for weekend shifts/on-call. Time and half for Bank holidays. Double time for Christmas and New Year Skills/ requirements •3+ years caring experience or experience in supporting vulnerable adults •NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care •Experience in a senior role helpful but not essential •Excellent communication skills and telephone manor •Computer literate •Proactive, energetic, resourceful, patient, caring and willing to learn •Be able to work directly and openly with your line manager •A real passion for driving change and providing a high standard of support that enables our clients to live as independently as they can and have the quality of life they deserve and need •Capable of building strong working relationships with peers and families •Self motivated •Have the skill set to manage stressful situations •Driving licence with access to own vehicle •Business car insurance •Excellent time keeping All essential training and ongoing support available to guide you in your developing role.
