💰 Premium Pay for Senior Expertise

We value the extra responsibility this role carries:

• Hourly Rate: £15.50 per hour.

• Travel Covered: Fully paid travel time plus mileage expenses.

• Enhanced Rates: Increased pay for weekend shifts and on-call duties.

• Holiday Premiums: Time and a half for Bank Holidays; Double Time for Christmas and New Year.

📋 Your Dual Role: Office & Community

You will work closely with your Line Manager to ensure the business runs smoothly and our clients remain safe and happy.

• Leadership: Lead the team with enthusiasm, sensitivity, and professional oversight.

• Care Planning: Assist in creating, delivering, and auditing high-quality care plans.

• Compliance: Oversee staff competencies, training, and regulatory requirements.

• Communication: Act as a key point of contact for families and health professionals.

• On-Call: Participate in an ad-hoc on-call rotation to support the team.
   

 

 

✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Experience: 3+ years in care or supporting vulnerable adults.

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential.

• Leadership: Previous experience in a senior role is helpful, but a "can-do" attitude is a must.

• Tech Savvy: Computer literate with an excellent telephone manner.

• Mobility: Full UK Driving Licence, access to your own vehicle, and business insurance.

• Resilience: The ability to stay calm and resourceful in stressful situations.

We offer flexible working to meet the needs of the business. To ensure fair distribution of duties, you must be available to work alternate weekends and take part in the on-call rotation (every other weekend).
