We actively support and encourage your development. 💼 The Role: Entry Level Support Worker This is a fulfilling role where you will enable our clients to live as independently as possible, ensuring they have the quality of life they deserve. Essential training will be provided at induction and throughout your first months of employment. Key Duties: Daily Living Support: Cooking, cleaning, laundry, and shopping. Social & Community Activities: Taking clients out to socialise, accompanying them to appointments, etc. Personal Care: Providing compassionate assistance with washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming. Healthcare Support: Medication administration. Working Pattern & Hours: Hours: Permanent, Part-time/Full-time positions available. Shifts: Flexible working with hours between 7am–10pm, Monday–Sunday.
