Jemma Louise Care At Home was founded in December 2021 by Jemma Louise after 17 years in the private care sector. Over nearly two decades, I recognised a fundamental flaw in the traditional homecare model: services were often unreliable and required clients to fit the needs of the business, not the other way around.
This experience fuelled a determination to create something different—an ethical support service that truly reflects the fundamental standards of care that are seldom delivered.
